India vs England ODI Series: Team India under the leadership of Rohit Sharma is now ready for the ODI series. The team's spirits are high after winning the T20 series 1-2.

India took a stormy turn in the T20 series against England (Ind vs ENG), but in the three-match ODI series starting on Tuesday, the batsmen will avoid taking a big shot from the first ball. Indian captain Rohit Sharma believes the team should maintain its aggressive stance. England have changed the way they play ODI cricket in the last few years with their aggressive play.

Team India got its advantage with the 2019 World Cup title. Looking ahead to this year's T20 World Cup in Australia, Rohit Sharma said that every match of the team in the white ball format will now be important. The biggest question, then, is whether Virat Kohli will succeed in getting it.

The Indian team will have an alternative training camp at the Oval, which will focus on keeping pace with the changes from T20 to ODI series. This series will be very important for a player like Shikhar Dhawan, who is representing India in the ODI format, as he has to lead the team on the next tour of the West Indies. Despite limited opportunities at the international level, the left-handed batsman has consistently performed well. Whether Shikhar Dhawan plays ODIs or the Indian Premier League (IPL), he is constantly running out of bat.

Indian fans, however, are waiting for Virat Kohli to return. He did not score runs in Tests and T20s on this tour. Given the new direction of the team, they will be under pressure to make a run from the first ball. With the one-day format, however, they will have a little more time to get it. He hit a brilliant four and six in the six-ball innings in the T20 match on Sunday, but suffered the consequences of adopting a more aggressive approach.

Jose Butler will also be tested

This will be Jose Butler's first ODI series as England's permanent captain since Eoin  Morgan's retirement. The team would like to take away the frustration of the T20 series here. The captain himself would like to leave the poor performance behind. The team, however, will be strengthened by the arrival of great cricketers like Ben Stokes, Joe Root and Jonny Bairstow.
